Antiquarian Maps & Prints |
Reproduction Maps of Ireland |
Kennys have been dealing in Antiquarian Maps and Prints for several decades. We have a stock of nearly 2,000 original antiquarian maps and prints of Ireland. Some of the maps date back to the 1600s. The majority of the original Irish prints are from the 1800s. Prices range from €35 to several thousand for earlier scarce maps.
You will also find a selection of antiquarian maps from around the world in Kennys.
Due to the high demand for early maps of Ireland, and to the scarcity of original maps, Kennys have reproduced a selection of maps. These include six maps of Ireland from the 1700s and 1800s. We have also reproduced county maps of Ireland from Samuel Lewis' 1837 Atlas. All of these maps are handcoloured in watercolour paints by a local professional artist. Most of the reproduction maps are priced at €29.95.
